Stock plans may require modification to meet local building codes, site conditions, subdivision requirements, and jurisdiction-specific permitting standards. Confirm requirements with your local building department.
No. Structural engineering, civil engineering, surveys, energy documentation, and professional seals are not included unless expressly stated on the individual plan page.
Yes. Modification services are available as an add-on — see the "Request Modifications" option on any plan page.
Custom Design & Drafting
No. ASG provides architectural design, drafting, and visualization services, and coordinates with licensed architects, engineers, and other consultants when a project requires a professional seal.
Permitting requirements and required professional seals vary by jurisdiction and project type. ASG prepares design-intent documentation and coordinates with an Architect of Record or other licensed professionals as needed.
Timelines vary by project scope and complexity, and are confirmed during the Discover and Define phases of the process.
