What You're Purchasing

When you purchase a floor plan from ASG Design Firm LLC, you are purchasing a limited license to use the plan for construction, subject to the terms below — not the copyright in the design itself.

Single-Build License

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, each purchase grants a single-build license: the right to construct one home or building from the plan. Building more than one structure from the same plan requires a multi-use license, available on request.

What's Included

Included files and their exact contents (PDF, DWG, etc.) are listed on each individual plan's product page and may vary by plan.

What's Not Included

Unless expressly stated on the plan page, structural engineering, civil engineering, surveys, energy code documentation, and professional seals are not included. Local codes, site conditions, and jurisdiction requirements may require modifications before a plan can be permitted or built.

Restrictions

• Plans may not be resold, shared, or redistributed in original or modified form.
• Plans may not be used as the basis for a plan offered for sale by another party.
• Digital files may not be posted publicly or shared outside your project team without permission.

Modifications

Modification services are available for an additional fee, requested through the plan page or by contacting ASG directly.

Refunds

Refund policy to be confirmed — digital products are commonly non-refundable once delivered; confirm before publishing.
